We are looking for a 2IC/Assistant Manager to join our Wellington team.

We are looking for an aspiring 2IC, who will work closely with the Store Manager and the National Sales manager to deliver an awesome in-store experience to customers while motivating and inspiring their team to achieve targets and reach their goals.

Your key responsibilities will be shift and staff management, ensuring success in achieving store sales targets and KPI's , time management, maintaining store presentation standards, loss prevention, and training and developing other team members.

Your key responsibilities:

• Working with the Store Manager to meet and exceed budgets
• Managing a team to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
• Assisting the Store Manager in training and developing staff
• Process and dispatch online orders
• Maintaining merchandising standards
• Loss prevention
• Key holder responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in a retail or hospitality, ideally at a management level
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Full time position (40 hours) with weekday and weekend availability
