We are looking for a 3IC to join our College Hill store.

Working closely with the Store Manager and 2IC, you will be responsible for managing shifts, ensuring that the store meets budgets and that store standards are maintained. This is the ideal role for someone with retail experience looking for an opportunity to step into a management role.

Our ideal applicant will also have a strong interest in skate, snow or street wear.

Your key responsibilities:

• Working with Store Managers to meet and exceed budgets
• Managing a team to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
• Process and dispatch online orders
• Maintaining merchandising standards
• Loss prevention
• Key holder responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in a retail or hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Full-time (30 - 40 hours) with weekday and weekend availability
