Fewer moving parts means less to worry about. The women's Burton Step On® Splitboard Bindings bring the ease and simplicity of our Step On system to the backcountry. Based on the same easy-to-use Spark Tesla mounting system as our Hitchhiker binding, the Step On model mounts quickly and creates a secure connection between the boot heel and binding in tour mode that reduces boot wear and makes for an efficient stride on the skin track. Less fussing equals faster transitions and more time riding.

The Step On® system creates a clean and simple boot-to-binding interface that lets you step right in. Toe hooks 2.0 offer responsive entry and a quick-release lever on the hi-back makes for a clean exit. No buckles. No Straps. No Fuss.

The simplicity of the Spark R&D Tesla T1 base plates makes for smooth transitions between skinning and riding.

Negative lean hi-back design maximizes your stride on the skin track and locks in place for riding.

Split - Riding Mode
Our splitboard mounting system is lightweight, hassle-free, and works with any puck mounting system. The stance indicator tool makes setting the binding stance angle simple and accurate.

Split - Touring Mode
Transitions are quick and easy with the Tesla T1 system, which snaps into place to secure the binding to the split pucks or touring bracket.

Step On Split Quick FLAD
The Step On Split Forward Lean Adjuster, or FLAD, lets you set your forward lean to one of four settings, or choose the tour setting for a negative lean option when touring mode. Just turn the FLAD to your desired position or spin it in to tour mode when it's climbing time.
