7 Day Price Promise

How it works

Step 1: Find a lower advertised price from a New Zealand retailer.

Step 2: Bring the advertised price into any of our stores or submit the pricing using our online form.

Step 3: We will match the final advertised price for up to 7 days after your purchase from us.

The competitor site must be a New Zealand based authorised dealer.
Items listed on a third-party marketplace (such as TradeMe) must be listed by a New Zealand based, authorised dealer.
The item(s) must be identical, including style, colour, size, season and condition.
The identical item must be in stock on the competitor site at the time of the price match.
Boardertown will match the final price, including any freight.
The 7 Day Price Promise excludes liquidation sales.
Where an item is purchased and a lower price is found, Boardertown will match the price and refund the difference for up to 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to all other conditions being met.
Items purchased using the 7 Day Price Promise are treated as discounted items and as such, are excluded from the Loyalty Program or other promotions.
Items purchased using the 7 Day Price Promise may be returned for a store credit or exchange, subject to our normal Returns Criteria.
Boardertown reserves the right to change or ammend the 7 Day Price Promise at any time without notification.
